What is the typical shipping timeline for furniture?
In-stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery partners will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other international locations, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that large furniture items and 'Final Sale' products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Pop Up Home account.
