Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA is clearly visible.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
